Feeling the Elephant- game using HIVE (Honest, Insightful, Valuable, Engagement)
The idea for this workshop came from the poem "The Blind Men and the Elephant" by John Godfrey Saxe (1816–1887). The parable implies that one's subjective experience can be true, but that such experience is inherently limited by its failure to account for a totality of truth.
Using humor to explore conflict from as many sides as we have participants and try to understand what it is we are seeing, thinking, feeling.
